We stand alone on a little island in the middle of the so-called promotional products industry, as one of the handful of companies who actually design & import a range of product. The great majority are just re-selling, which is why you’ll see the same brochure turn up in your mail box with 3 different company names back-stamped, or browse a dozen websites & find that they all have exactly the same products.

Why is this such an advantage?

Well, you don’t want to turn up at an event with your proud gift only to find that your competitor has given the same guy the same thing, a week earlier. You might also appreciate the effort, materials, & sheer inventiveness of our products, over & above the lemming mentality of the great majority of the products sold in this industry. We guarantee our designs & quality – we are the ONLY company in the market with a successful retail brand, & manufacture all of our products to these high standards.

How do you guarantee delivery & accuracy of brand?

We have digital approval systems set up & integrated into each & every one of our sales team’s systems. If you need a pen branded with your three colour logo in a week, we’ll have it laid out on a digital file, emailed to you for approval & get production underway within minutes. It’s not rocket science..! In fifteen years business we haven’t once let a customer down on delivery – if this means personally jumping on a plane with a box to get it to a golf day, we’ve been known to do it. Our customers are, by & large, long term & loyal, because we put them above all else.

Are you the cheapest?

Probably not, however as the importer of 80% of what we sell we’re probably not far off the mark on most things. We don’t claim to be the cheapest – there is always someone willing to do something for nothing – but we do offer the whole package; quality product, service, delivery & a smile at a fair price.

Can you provide me with a customised product?

Over the past 15 years we have established terrific relationships with our myriad suppliers in Germany, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Sri Lanka & China. This gives us a loyal, amenable bunch of business friends in manufacturing who are all too willing to develop our ideas from concepts to final samples. We reckon we can spin a sample around faster & more accurately than anyone we know, & our production times are rapid. You won’t hear us tell you 10-12 weeks turnaround on anything – those sorts of lead times belong to the last century!

Can I come & see you?

We have a 300m² showroom in Marrickville Heights, 15 minutes from the Sydney CBD, 5 minutes from our gleaming new privatized airport. If you’re coming in from interstate, we’re a great first or last call from the plane, while the multicultural joys of Marrickville make any trek from the city worthwhile. We’re also happy to send you out samples as you require them.
